about

Laura's Slow Reel (Ed Pearlman) / Mrs Dundas of Arniston (Wm Gow) / Sandy's New Chanter (Tom McAllister)
--The first tune was born as an improvisation during Laura Scott's Highland dance class. ‘‘Mrs Dundas of Arniston'' was published in the
Gow Collection in the key of C but is here played in D. Ed learned ‘‘Sandy's New Chanter'' from the playing of P/M Robert Mathieson on his
album "The Big Birl." Laura made a dance for this tune.
